Complaints Process & Missed appointments 

In providing the very best evidence-based speech pathology services for you and your family, Word By Mouth Speech Pathology (WBM) is committed to continued quality improvement. If you have any concerns regarding your interactions or services received, please use the following process as a guide.

1 . Welcomed Feedback

We are open to continually improving our services to our clients. Feedback can be directed in writing to the Director, Word By Mouth Pty Ltd, PO Box 2056 Rangeview Victoria, 3132, Australia.

2.  Complaints

If there are matters you wish to raise with the practice, you may write to the Director, Word By Mouth Pty Ltd, PO Box 2056 Rangeview Victoria, 3132, Australia. Word By Mouth acknowledges that individuals may ultimately choose to take complaints to Speech Pathology Australia or the Health Services Commission: Please refer to the Service Charter below.

3. Missed Appointment fee

A fee will be charged for patients who fail to attend their appointment or cancel within 24hrs.  Please refer to our Terms of Trade below for more information.
